Started way back in my teens, but have just about always worked out in cycles. Did some powerlifting in my early twenties, which led to me getting bigger (about 195lbs), but stopped, drank beer, and this led to me being overweight. Took my late twenties and early 30's off resulting in me blowing up to 250lbs. Since about 33 years old, I've done mostly treadmill, and have had a yo-yo effect resulting in weight between 198-245. Only recently started lifting again for the first time in years.

better shape, more confidence, health. Plus, who doesn't love the feeling of the pump.
