After sitting on the couch for a decade due to depression,I decided to quit smoking and lose weight. I was tired of wearing big shirts and hiding my body in shame really. I actually had " forward head " posture trying to make the neck fat not show as much. I set out to prove that one can have the body they desire, even in the forties.
Working out is my medication. It is my place to be every morning, the start of my day EVERYTHING is better after the gym. I have improved posture, self confidence, strength, agility, the list is endless really. So many people in the past year " how did you do that ? ". I began my first course at a fitness school ( NOT an online one ), THEN I truly fell in love with how the body & its many intricate systems function simultaneously. Even if you don't become certified, the education will make your own training exceptional !
