I never was interrested in bodybuilding, I visited the gym two times a week to strenghen up my body for rugby. In the gym I met bodybuilders and got a bit interrested but it was not untill I saw my first images of Arnold and his first movies, that was the real start of things, at that time I was in grade 10. I started visiting the gym more and watched the bigger guns at work, I got books on bodybuilding and started my own somewhat of a program. It did not take long for the big guns to notice me and at the end of the day ended up training with them, the rest is as they say "history".
I love the smell, sound of weights, music and interaction between people, a gym is a great place to make friends. I feel good, sleep well, eat better and is generally in better health. It has always been a dream of mine to have a great body, unfortunately tragedy struck and I was involved in a serious car accident wherin I broke a few bones, tore muscles, broke my back, etc. Took me eight years to fully recover and get the nerve to get back into action. So far so good, not overdoing it and is slowly but surely getting my long forgotten body back.
