started weightlifting in 2009, knew nothing about proper weightlifting and nutrition, learned my mistakes in 2011. my greatest achievement was weighing 170lb with a 17%bodyfat, its not impressive, but its a big one for me who have lived my life being overweight.

i realize now that bodybuilding changes me and made me more responsible in taking care of myself.
