I was an active person who loved to play basketball and practice martial arts. At the age of 22 I suffered a car accident that had me prostrated on bed and wheelchair for over 6 months until I had 2 spinal surgeries, and another more for a femoral bypass after almost losing the left leg.
As timed passed got involved in a very busy work routine that gave me tons of fast food and too many kgs, few years ago I realized I wasn't the person I used to be and decided to make some changes, however my medical condition stopped me a little bit but then my first child was born and that gave me the right reason to take care of my self and get on track once again.
I have Fusioned the Lumbar Spinal and have been diagnosed with Diabetes type 2 and post thrombophlebitis syndrome.
It is my scape from daily stress and problems, I love it cause it is the most intense way to get rid of my frustrations and bad feelings, it is a daily challenge to my self to see how much I can get better, what else I can achieve, working out is the most difficult, yet the most satisfying part of my day, some day my son will learn by example and I want him to be very proud of his father.
