Hi guys, Logan Simms, or BigSquatta here. I started working out because of football (Typical, right?) As a child, i was obese, which meant i received endless taunts and name-calling. Playing football helped me lose weight, and i wanted to be a big time player at my school, due to the fact football was all we had. I worked out almost everyday and my hard work paid off: I was named District 4-A Defensive Player of the Year from my middle linebacker spot. Accolades aside, i loved working out but was kind of sad when football ended. A good friend of mine (who is now my trainer) showed me powerlifting, and i've been hooked ever since. My first meet was in Manchester TN and I set the teenage 18-19 198 squat record. Nationals June 14th, wish me luck!

Because i love getting stronger. It's me versus the iron: i will not be beat by a bar and some plates.
