I've always been pretty big guy. First joined a gym when I was 19 and toned down quite a bit. Went from about 105kg to about 87kg. But then I starting working full time and further part time study on top of work. So got busy, lazy and didn't like going to the gym at peak time. Eventually I dropped the gym membership because it was getting more expensive and I wasn't making full use of it. Eventually ended up at a max of 127kg a couple of months ago. Way too fat! Have changed my eating with IF, down to 120kg. Have set up a half decent home gym, so no excuses to get back into it. Setting up this Bodyspace account today for accountability and will start the Kris Gethin 12 week transformation today!
Not sure that I entirely "love" the working out, especially the sore muscles a couple of days later! Haha! But I love to see the results. I'm also quite interested in the whole bio-mechanics of different workout exercises. Loved trying many new different exercises or machines and working every part of my body and not just trying to get big arms or lift record weight.
