For the majority of my life I have been overweight/the fat kid at school. In 2010 I decided enough was enough and bet my close friends I could get abs by Christmas. 12 weeks out I started a calorie restricted, cardiovascular intense training regime. I went from 96kg to a very slender 84kg.
Since then I have slowly put it back on to around the 88 - 90 mark due to laziness. However my passion for fitness has never waivered. In 2011 I completed my Cert 3 and Cert 4 in Fitness and now train around 5 clients.
I have always been an avid fan of the calories in, calories out method for weight loss. After stumbling upon an article on bb.com describing Dave Palumbo's cutting diet, I have decided to pursue my next little fitness adventure in attempting a ketogenic diet in order to finally achieve those abs and get my bf down from the very stubborn 20% - 15% mark. My ultimate goal is to get below 10%.
