I have always admired the physique of the pros of bodybuilding and I have always wanted to make that my own goal. To fully comprehend one's body is to see it at its best and that's what I intend to do.

It's a change from the grueling lifestyle of collegiate football. Now that I am finished football, I no longer have to worry about season ending injuries and starting my training over. All though I am in that process now recovering from a pretty nasty shoulder surgery, I plan on making a speedy recovery and hopefully be well on my way to competition form by the end of the year.
