After my husband and I got married, we moved to Belgium where he is currently stationed. He started entering transformation competitions within his squadron, and then I decided that I wanted to start getting back into shape again. I have been working out and lifting now for probably about 7 or so months. I used to play soccer and run track so I never had to work out on my own to stay in shape. Since then I hadn't really been motivated until I started seeing my body changing and I wasn't happy with it. So now it's really nice having my husband with me to work out with and to motivate me. I want to continue to work hard and get myself to the place that I want to be with my body.
I love working out because now I can finally see changes in my body, and that gives me even more motivation to keep working harder. I love that I feel happier and that I have more energy, and that I have gained so much more confidence in myself. I like that I am in control of my body, and that if I want to make big changes, I know that it's only up to me to do that.
