I was just sick & tired of being sick & tired! lol I hated looking at myself in the mirror, didn't like what I saw. I wanted to be healthy. I had my son in 08 and my body really went down hill after that. I didn't want to have a ''mom body'', i wanted a hot body! My husband always compliments me, but I want to make him proud of the hot wife he has. I just want to look good, feel good and live healthy. I started off running, ended up with plantar fasciitis & i thought it was over for me, but proper footwear & appropriate rest & i was running again. However, my feet never quite returned to normal. I still get pain. My feet can be problematic. So I hit the gym and that was the best thing I ever did. I love it! :) Love weight training and working up a sweat. I do a variety of exercises and activities. Whatever keeps me sweating! ;)
I love working out because that great high you get after wards! It feels good, you see results and you see that the hard work is paying off. I'm looking to put on a little lean muscle as well. I love the ''strong'' feeling I get after lifting weights, the confidence and the overall great feeling.
