I was NOT a person to exercise at all, maybe at the most a walk around the block. I had been sick about 3 years ago and recovering when I gained a lot of weight because I could not move around well and would get exhausted very easy. I started by coming across a walking series online that I could do at home. I started that and thanks to Pinterest I found other exercises I could do and add on to this little workout. Had no equipment, had no clue what I was doing. I had been flipping thru a magazine in some waiting room when I saw an ad for Insanity. I thought I would look it up and get some info on it to even see if I could do it. I got going with Insanity, FINISHED Insanity and went on to do weight lifting and other programs from Beachbody. I love it, I had lost 30lbs last year and hope to reach my goal this year. I feel stronger than I have ever felt, my back is hurting less and each day I am getting a little bit better.
Gives me a goal and purpose. I feel so much stronger, it makes me feel awake, energized like I have accomplished something for myself that nobody else could for me. I did that. Through all the sweat and tears, I did that.
