I have always had a passion for sports and how individuals in all sports develop their bodies. Once I got Triple H's book "Making the Game" and started hitting the iron, it was over for me. I have dipped my toe in other things like running, I have done p90x three times completely through, but nothing takes the place of hitting the iron.

I love that every time you hit the gym you have the chance to make yourself better.
