Almost 9 years ago, I was a pack-a-day smoker that was 5'11 135 LBS.
The job that I was at had an on-site gym and a friend of mine talked me into working out with him after work.
Since I was already at a transitional period in my life anyway, I figured I'd give it a shot. After a month of dedication,
the results started to show.I fell in love with achieving my goals in the gym so much it followed me into my regular life. The gym became the foundation to keep me grounded while I envisioned new goals to conquer moving forward.
The positivity and motivation to want more in life is the reason I continue to wake up every morning at 5:30 AM.
After a good workout, I'm ready to go to work and achieve my career goals as well. Nothing can stop me when I'm in this mode. To everybody out there, it all starts with you. Your the only thing holding you back. Focus your thoughts and make it happen. Nowadays I no longer smoke and added close to 60 Lbs to my frame, Bodybuilding has definitely changed my life.
Bodybuilding gives me the motivation to want more outside of the gym as well.
After leaving the gym, I feel ready for whatever comes my way.
My desire to be the best translates wherever I go.
Being ripped and in shape isn't so bad either, lol !
