I just wanted to better myself and look good. Now ever since I joined the military its been nothing but a competition in my head to get the biggest and be the most fit airman in my squadron. Mediocrity is for the weak.

Its a stress reliever... when I hit the gym everything becomes simple and all the negatives leave my head. I feel like a new man when I leave the gym.
