My boyfriend was recovering from surgery and wanted to start losing weight once he was healthy enough to work out again. We started just using the treadmill, but have since worked in some strength building exercises. Now we try to do four strength exercises a week (rotating the muscle groups per day) and one to two cardio sessions.

I love being able to feel my progress and see results. I also enjoy constantly challenging myself, which also keeps the workout fresh and slightly changing.
