I was FAT let me just say about 203 pounds at my heaviest. I was always hurting my knees and lower back were always giving me trouble. I wanted a change. I began with cardio doing Turbo Jam, and Jenny Craig. I first lost 20 pounds very quickly with Jenny Craig and then when I began Turbo Jam I lost another 30. Eventually I incorporated weights into my routine doing Chalean Extreme and I now have definition in places I never thought possible.

I feel better now than I ever have, even compared to when I played sports when I was younger. I don't have the same aches and pains anymore.
