I lost 124 pounds through sheer will power, changes to diet, and commitment to exercise. I've watched my body blossom and transform. Now, my goal is to be toned, and hopefully not look my age! lol
I usually take a selfie per day to motivate myself...prove to MYSELF that I look fit and healthy...perhaps even sexy. Staying motivated helps me to stay on-track with diet and the gym. I love to share my pics, because the comments drive me....keep me striving to look better and better.
Just know that I'm most grateful for your comments.....you keep me fighting the good fight....and hopefully beating-up "Father Time" along the way. lol

It amps me...drives me. It's addictive to watch my muscles tone. I feel beautiful after a good workout. :)
