After Reaching a weight of 200+ lbs I realized I could no longer ignore or be afraid of the scale. I bought a treadmill, starting running using the C25K app, and cleaned up my diet. Added in supplements down the line, as well as weight training and I'm almost to my goal weight. My health has improved leaps and bounds... I am now working towards becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and looking at Yoga Instructor Courses as well.

Keeps me sane! Straying from my diet/ supps/ workout regimen is no longer an option. Yoga in the evenings helps me sleep, running burns off anxiety & weight training kicks frustrations. All together, keeps my mind, body and spirit happy & healthy.
