I started working out when one day in high school a student was showing off to the girls that he could flex his chest muscles. When I saw that I said to myself "how can he flex his chest muscles but I can't?" Then one of the girls asked him "how did he do that?" then he replied "I workout a lot at the gym." So that's when I started getting into working out.

I like bodybuilding cause it gives you a nice tone look that make the eyes look twice. Plus, it makes you feel good about yourself.
