After years of yo-yo dieting, I had blown up to my highest weight â 210lbs!I started a diet program with some success. After a little more than a year, I had lost 30lbs. At this point I plateaued and was tired of the plan I was on.I realized I needed to start exercising.On the advice of a close friend I got myself a personal trainer. She said it would help to keep me motivated and get me back on track. I lucked out in the trainer I obtained is a Pro Body Builder and overall winner for Mr. Canada in 95'. I wanted to succeed and since he was an expert, I was willing to do whatever he told me. I was determined this time and nothing was going to stop me. Through his training and diet tips and incorporating them into my lifestyle I lost 80lbs, trimmed 38 inches and transformed my body.
It has transformed my life, my attitude, and rejuvinated my love for fitness. It has transformed my appearance, my energy levels soared and my confidence climbed once again. I met some great people along the way and continue to meet new people. I truly simply just love working out and exercising. I love pushing myself further and setting new goals to see what I can do next. I love the adrenalin rush I get from it. It has become a great source of relieving and maintaining stress levels. In the end it always puts a smile on my face :)
