For years now I'd always meant to start working out and improving my body, it was always in the back of my mind...but bad habits always came first. All that rubbish stopped almost 3 years ago when I left my hometown and moved to SA, where I made a fresh start in life. Fast forward to March 2014, just after my 33rd birthday, after being continually dissatisfied with my skinnyfat body I decided that enough is enough and signed up at my local Anytime Fitness to achieve my goal of attaining a slim and muscular physique. I will never look back.
Working out gives me a sense of accomplishment, improves my self esteem, it helps relieve stress and allows me to zone out from everything else in life whilst I'm training. The gym is my playground! Overall I feel happier with my body as I notice the gradual changes that are happening, and receiving compliments on my physique is the best feeling and motivator!
