I have always loved the look of sttrong, defined women and I have always wanted that. Unfortunetly, I tried doing this on my own and stumbled down the slippery slope of an eating disorder. Luckily I was able to get my weight back up and now I'm looking into gaining muscle the right way :)

It wakes me up, makes me feel strong, and most improtantly i makes me feel comforatble in my own skin.
