I got started when I worked the front desk at a local Bally Total Fitness as a second job back in 2006. I would work out till close and would stay after and just workout. It evolved from there.
Why I Love it
I love seeing the the constant progression made when I continue to stay the course based on my goals. It's exciting setting new goals and putting a plan in place, followed by the action, that being in the gym and in the kitchen.
