I really do not like working out unless it is competitive. Everytime that I had to work out when I was younger was because I was playing several different sports. I have been wanting to workout and lose weight and eat healthy, but I think I didn't have the motivation and there was no competition for me to do it. It is unfortunate that this is the way I have to get started, but I think this will be great for me to get where I want to get and help me try to stay there.
