Desde que tenia 14 me gustaba ir al gimnasio (en las vacaciones) pero no sabÃa nada al respecto. Hacia aerobicos solamente por el sobrepeso hasta hace 2 años aproximadamente que entendà que desarrollar los musculos te ayuda a bajar de peso también.
Since I was 14 I liked going to the gym (on vacation) but did not know anything about it. It was only by being overweight aerobics until about two years ago I understood that developing muscle helps you lose weight as well.
Because watch the slow transformation of my body it's priceless. The sacrifice of everyday is challenge and I love challenge. Being one of the few girls that lift at the gym It makes me feel so strong! Here in Argentina the conception of bodybuilding is different, and in my state/province it's not-well seen, less in women! So, I'm different of the rest and I like it a lot :)
