Oh well, I would say I am a weight lifter since I was 17.
2011 I decided to change the way of lifting and became a bodybuilder...I am a military spouse and the only time I could get my mind off worrying about him being deployed, was the time in the gym.
7 weeks into bodybuilding I did my first, little figure competition on a military base and placed 4th.
Not placing better made me just work harder...after an other 4 months of training I competed again in Germany with the GNBF, a German NATURAL International show where I placed 1st and won my PRO card.
Ater this I had to take a 1,5 year break from competing, since we moved from Germany to NC.
In June 2013 I competed with the NPC and placed 2nd.
One week later I competed again with the OCB. Did the FIGURE division and the FEMALE FITNESS MODEL. Placed in both 1st and won my PRO card in FIGURE.
Bodybuilding is what i LOVE, it is my lifestyle.
I am a physical therapist, so I represent that I am good in my job, by being fit and healthy myself.
I enjoy every minute in the gym. If i have a bad day, lifting will make everything better :)
Since I have two kids, being healthy and fit and cooking healthy is something I wanna do, to set good examples for them.
Feeling great in your own body and skin, is a feeling like no other else.
If I am happy, my family is happy :D
