When I was 17 which was 26 yrs ago I was a assistant manager for my friends gym but didn't really know what I was doing and never looked into getting information so all I did was just lift heavy weight which just made me look even bigger since I wasn't doing cardio then I got pregnant and went down hill from there. Through the years I've gone up and down on my weight, crazy diets, fasting only water for weeks and getting sick from that I had to have my gallbladder removed. I became a member on this site in 2003 and tried to get all this right, now I'm older and understand I have to prepare my meals, buy food differently and be on a schedule. My son is out of the house and now I can focus on ME, there are no more excuses!
Working out, using the free weights makes me feel good and in control when I'm doing it, I feel tuff, lol. I have always wanted to go into bodybuilding since the age of 16 now I can make my dream come true!
