Well since an early age Ive always been interested in BB, muscle and so forth. From about the age of 11 Ive wanted to do weight training but I got told not to train until my body has grown and developed etc. I then first started to train at the age of 17. Though It wasnt very often and I didnt really know what exercises were best and so on. I enjoyed it though and decided that when Im able enough to train seriously I will start a gym membership and workout as much as possible. This is what I am currently doing and have been now since mid May 08.
BodyBuilding is somthing that is loved for many reasons, I love working out because it makes me feel a great sence of accomplishment. Knowing that the sweat pain and effort will all pay off in weeks, months and years time makes it all worth it. Bodybuilding is a healthy way of life and has created me into a better person.
