I realized I am getting older and the old metabolism isn't getting any better plus I wanna be able to be self sufficent in my old age and not have a bunch of health problems.

I want to feel confident and comfortable in everything I do an not feel like my shirt will go up or my gut is hanging out. Being toned and strong I know will build the confidence I need in anything I do.
