I Started my weight loss journey in October of 2013. I had just had my second child. I have found since starting this journey, that losing weight after having a second child is much harder to do. When I had my first child I lost the weight with some light training and cardio. This time, It is harder to lose the weight and of course harder to find the time. I am committed to myself though. I am making the time and I will reach my goals. I am taking my training to new heights and pushing myself harder then I ever have before. I get so excited as I watch my body turn into the body I want. As time goes on (YES THIS IS A PROCESS THAT TAKES TIME) I only get more enthusiastic about losing weight. My motivation is higher then ever!
Why I love working out....
Its really simple, I love working out because It makes me feel confident, happy, strong, and limitless. I love the changes I have made to my body and my lifestyle. Things have only gotten better since I began my weight loss journey. I cant wait to see all of the changes to come.
