I became unhappy with my weight and decided it was time to make a change. I began eating healthier and hitting the gym and the feeling I got from that combination gave me a desire to learn more and grow.

I enjoy the feeling of improving myself for myself and being able to mold and shape my body to whatever I want. I also enjoy the stability created from a healthy lifestyle and strict workout regimen.
