My husband introduced me to bodybuilding.com in 2010 when I was pregnant with my first child. I learned so much from this website and applied that knowledge to great use. After my son was born I gained so much weight I used this site for encouragement and saw so many mothers that were in great shape that gave me hope. I lost 50 pounds and felt great once my son was 2 years old I had my two daughters back to back.. One pregnancy after another. I wasn't able to work out and gained the weight back.. After I had my third child back in 2013 I was determined to build muscle and loose bodyfat. I lost around 50 lbs and gained muscle definition. My eating habits were fair but wasn't precise with my calorie intake and would over eat at times.. After loosing the weight I had a breast augmentation back in 2014, within 2 weeks post op my right side got infected. I had to remove them due to the infection. I Had MRSA which is a type of staph infection that is resistant to antibiotics. If the infection goes to your bloodstream you can die from it or may loose a limb so the infection will not spread. After doing research and knowing what kind of infection I had I became depressed because it was getting worse and the wound was not healing. My doctor would give me antibiotics and ointments and nothing worked. In desperation I spent hours on the Internet finding solutions to my problem. When I stumbled upon manuka honey and how it cures MRSA. At first I was skeptical but I was in a point in my life that I was desperate to do anything. I bought some medihoney in amazon and within a week I saw a difference. It took me about 6 weeks with the media money to fully heal my wound and the Staph infection was gone! It took me about 10 months battling with that infection. It took a lot of patience in my part and that is something ive always struggled..I lost all my muslce and became frail because I wasn't able to workout. Once I was infection free and healed I gave it another chance and had a smaller size. I started training again in June 2015 but took it slow at first in September 2015 is when I started lifting heavy again to build muscle. I also changed my diet and started doing intermittent fasting and found it so much easier with my life style that I'm able to stick to my meal plan and calorie intake. So far I've gained muscle and strength . I always dreamed of having a body of a figure competitor and one day compete.
