I Joined the USAF in March 2012. I am required to take PT tests frequently. I like to be the best at what I can and I like to brag so I work hard to score really high on my PT tests. Me getting into the gym started with my mom, she was always fit and trim and she would take my brother and I to the gym to workout with her. She taught how to use equipment and got me comfortable in the environment. Before my first official PT test I started going to the Base Gym everyday and preparing. It became a routine that I found comfort in. I feel good sweating and seeing results. Girls saw my results and would ask me for advise. I love to help others and motivate people, women especially. I saw really great results when I was committed to the gym daily. I was out with friends at the Beach every weekend and naturally people took pics and tagged me on facebook/instagram.. whatever. People would comment and it really felt rewarding and all around good to be recognized for having a nice physique. I enjoy the attention. And If I told you I didn't I would be lying. I never want to look in my mirror and frown. I like to treat my body like I treat my boyfriend. I am committed, faithful, and honest. If you can be that way towards your body you will see results. By committed I mean, Pick a routine and stick to it. By Faithful I mean No one or anything is more important than your health. And by Honest I mean, Be reasonable with your expectations and set goals you can attain, so that you are not cheating your body and making excuses. To find Happiness in life, you must be happy with yourself. CHEEESY. BUT TRUE! ;)
I love Working out because I like feeling confident. I naturally admire muscles and trim bodies. I would love to one day compete and be recognized officially as a fitness model. I have found that surrounding yourself with people who share similar goals and desires can help you succeed. Having people who care and are impressed with your hard work is nice. I date a former personal trainer who recently joined the Army. We fell in love instantly. We both share a desire to live healthy lifestyles and we do. We encourage each other, workout together, and even when we are apart we ask about each others workouts and diet. He's my biggest motivation and a big part of my love for fitness.
