I Joined the gym at 15 years old and placed 2nd in my first bodybuilding competition at 19. I have since competed in many competitions placing first in 7 competitions including a national title and two INBA federation titles.
The most important thing is to have a clear vision of what you want your body to look like.
The second most important thing is to have a plan, which encompasses a nutrition plan, a training plan and a recovery plan.
There are two distinct paths to plan towards your goal physique. One is called "Natural Bodybuilding" and the other is with the use of synthetic hormones to increase your body's ability to recover from stress far beyond what's naturally possible.
I have chosen to build my physique to it's genetic potential naturally. I have chosen to be a "lifetime natural bodybuilder".
Bodybuilding is a genetic based sport, the physique you envision for yourself may not actually be possible without taking drugs and even if one does take drugs and subsequently increases their muscle mass tremendously they still may have other genetic limiting factors like unsymmetrical bone structure or unaesthetically pleasing muscle and/or connective tissue alignment.
It's not like money for example where anyone can become wealthy no matter what your genetic predisposition is.
This page is to encourage and show you from my experience and continuing experience how I have built my physique to where it is today and to where I want it to be in the future the natural bodybuilding way.
Join me on my journey to my genetic potential. Let's build our physiques and reach our natural genetic potential together.
Thank you so much for your support and appreciation.
Keep watching and I'll post some tips and tricks I've learn't to making oneself look like art. I'm constantly learning this and have a lot to work on in order to reach my goal too, so we're in the same boat.
Bless. Psalms 16:2-3
