I saw this amazing women lifting weights in the gym one day. She was putting up the same amount of weight as the men were. When I saw her I was on the treadmill, which is all I used to do in the gym. It was then I decided to start lifting weights.
At the time I couldn't even bench press the bar, now I'm up to 115lbs and getting better everyday.
Why I Love it
I love how lifting makes me look and feel. It has really improved my self-esteem and confidence.
