I used to work out on a regular basis, but a few years back, I starting having health problems and subsequently, stopped working out due to money and time constraints. I had got up to 170 pounds on my tiny frame at one point. I have been working on losing weight since last September and I am proud to say I am now 35 lbs lighter but still unhappy with my body. I want my lean bikini body back I had in my early 20's. So I decided I needed to keep up with the healthy eating, but also work out to get rid of the fat I still had, since I got a health assessment done at my gym and I'm shocked to see that even with the weight loss, I am still at 30% body fat. A few weeks back, I rejoined a gym to get back to being active. I feel great about it and feel great after each session. I am working with a trainer to reach my goal of a leaner body. I am projected to be at 20% body fat and 111 pounds by my birthday and I plan to make it!!! :) Wish me luck!
