I started working out at the gym after a serious knee injury that led to three more knee injuries, after that I started exercising at a gym. The first year was mostly to get into routines and learn about all the exercises and good form. The second year, I started to really make schedule and eating right and got out my first sixpack. Motivation then was huge and I continued to workout 5-6 times a week. My third year I'm at now and I've changed a lot. Unfortunately, I have a small setback, 5 months ago in April, I hurt my shoulder after I lift too heavy on my chest workouts. I thought it was just a strain but turned out to be my AC joint is bad. So have not driven a chest pass late in April. This sucks enormously but has finally received bone firmly into my workout routine and start getting good success on legs and calves.
