Hey,at the age 20 i was in Romania.Smoke addict for 6 years,drug addict(ecstasy and cocaine) for 2 years,alchool addict for 4 years.I was 54 kg and one day wille i was sniffing some drugs i felt like my body was about to stop working so i called an ambulance and i got saved,but i was realy close to dieing.So yeah,I moved to Dublin and started a new life.Going to the gym,studing to become a chef.I traiend in Dublin for about 8 months and i went from 54 kg to 72 kg.I was feeling amazing but then i had to stop do work.I had to folow my passion and my healty addiction.I tend to go back to drugs if i don't train.So i had to change something in order to be able to keep training.I moved to Blackpool,were i am now.i started training about 7 months ago and i have amazing results. Im happy now because i can work and go to gym at the same time.I quit smoking 2 months ago,that was my worst addiction.Now is all good.This is balance for me in life.Working out saved my life.
Working out makes me feel good,alive,euphoric,and for me is a substitute for drugs,alchool,smoking,and other bad habits.Working out gave me back control over my life.Made me confident again,full of energy,alive.I'm 25 now but i feel better than how i felt when i was 14.
