My dad was a bodybuilder when he was younger and always told me that I should start it but you know , we all were lazy when we started . It all happened when my dad gave me a pushup program that I followed for a few months . That's where I got a little bit of progress . From there I just grabbed some rusty old dumbbells of my dad's and started lifting . Ofc I couldn't lift them properly but in time I got used with'em . After working out about a year at home (working seriously because if I'd have to state it from when I started lifting those dumbbells would be like 2 years )and then I was hungry for more and decided to go to a proper gym . I did quite a good job with those dumbbells , I've improvised almost everything with'em.When I finally got in the gym , it all changed , I got hungry for knowledge , and what makes bodybuilding a passion for me is not that actually you just lift weights , but you control your body and mind to get the best out of it.
For me it's like somekind of meditation , I love that pumping feeling ( as Arnold said : It's like cumming haha :P ) and I just simply enjoy it everytime . The way I eat , the way I workout , the way I keep that connection up , it's so organised that makes you get addicted to it
