iv'e always been that skinny and the guy who ate one slice of bread in one day and then i was a very active in sports like fotball , floorball. then one day i saw a picture of my dad when he was a young dude and he was strong and he looked strong so i said to him "can you get me some weights i want to be strong and get muscles"
then i asked him if i would see any muscle gains the next day and he laughted and said "it takes a long time to build muscle"
i did not really train every day or i didnt even train hard i just did some bicep curls and then i was done.
after 2 years i joined a lokal gym that was small and hardcore as **** and then i learned everything by my self and alot about nutrition and how to train right and not get injuried. 1.5 years iv'e been hooked in bodybuilding lifestyle and i could not live without it!
