I started at as an overweight teen, semi excelled in baseball and football. But was always to "big" to move fast. So I was the catcher and played lineman as well. Stepped on the scale in Nov 1997 after my little brother took me to the gym I stepped on the scale and weighed 251..I ended up dropping 70 lbs in a year and then started getting serious in 03 and decided to diet for a show...Ending up going from 185ish to 154 for my first show and was HOOKED from there out!
