Back in high school I was a pretty skinny kid. I was "afraid" to lift weights because at that time everyone said if you lift when you're young it will stunt your growth. Needless to say I stopped growing regardless and decided to start filling out my frame. I picked up my first issue of FLEX magazine and realized what I wanted to eventually look like. From there I started working out, eating significantly more food, and experimenting with supplements.
It's a healthy way to relieve stress and anger. Not that I'm an angry person but I feel so relieved after a good workout. I would also love to look like a pro bodybuilder!!....someday...I love how it makes you different. Especially now a days people who are really fit tend to stand out. Society is getting more and more out of shape and I want to set myself apart from the crowd.
