I am A. Counts...a trainer in training. My specialty is "Progressive Calisthenics (Body Weight)", "Cross-Fit Training" and "HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)". My philosophy is "fitness is a lifestyle and everyday is a day to train" (yes...I believe in rest). Also, my primary physical focuses is on the ability to move and use the human body in a natural athletic form, joint mending through stretching and incorporating "Intermitting Fasting" (healthy diet) for a life of strength, wellness and longevity.
Growing-up:
I always been an active kid and health aware adult. I've trained in various martial arts (Karate, Ta Kwon Do, Boxing), sports (football, baseball, track) and one of my all time influences is Bruce Lee. Lee's expertise and philosophy (ABT: "Always Be Training") is something I reflect on when I need motivation.
Now I hope to influence others to set, reach and exceed their fitness goals!
