I started working out once I got to college. Before college, I had gamed for over 40 hours a week on my PS4, while eating disgustingly, especially during high school. Once I got to college and realized how much I really let myself go, I started going to the gym. It was the first time I went out of my way to get some physical activity and exercise outside of school and occasionally playing basketball. However, my diet did not truly improve until 2019. Before 2019, I was still learning about nutrition, macros, etc. Although I am still learning now, I have a better idea of what I should be eating and how much I should be eating compared to before. Ever since my first year of college (2017), it was just been an ongoing journey of mine that will continue for years and years.

I love working out/bodybuilding because it allows me to take out excess stress and anger in a healthy way. Additionally, I want to reach a bodybuilding physique that will make me happy with myself.
