Lifted for a few years then took about 10 years off. I started getting really, really fat and feeling my age. Then this past Fathers Day(2013) I saw a pic of myself and my son, I hated how I looked and felt so I decided enough is enough.


Took a few months off, getting back in the swing of things

I love getting stronger each week, seeing the pounds melt away!!!
