I actually lifted weights on and off when I was younger. I stopped probably in my late twenties or early thirties. I don't want to be a weak fragile elderly lady. I want to be able to do active stuff until I keel over and die. So that is why I am here to make sure that I am as strong and active as possible.

I feel so energized and have a more positive attitude when I workout.
