Growing up I was always a super skinny kid until I had kids (4). Then I became the skinny fat Mom. I was was still super skinny in the arms and legs but not so much in the mid-section. In 2006 I decided I wanted to lose a couple pounds so i joined a gym and like many females did hours on the treadmill or elyptical and ate like a rabbit. I saw absolutly no results. So neddless to say I didn't continue. In 2009 I ruptured a disc in my back and packed on some pounds. Then in 2010 I came across a weightloss program online and bought it. I started to see some weight fall off but it was a slow process. It wasnt fun to me so I lost interest pretty quick. I came across Bodybuilding.com @2011 and loved the transformation stories. I knew if these people can do it so can I. I loved the way the the females looked with a little muscle and thats what I wanted. I didn't want to just lose my weight and become the skinny Mom. I want to look good. Since I started weight lifting I see the difference which keeps me motivated to keep going.
