I Am a 25 year old mother of two, 4& 1.I began to work out after the birth of my daughter(4) gaining 55lbs!! I was doing a work out video and gym and lost it. I was happy with my weight at the time or so I thought..I then became pregnant with my son and gained 55-60 lbs. :/ which put me at 157 after my son I lost only 10 lbs... I was tired with both and made excuses. I tried to do videos but hated it and lost interest. I then met a mom at my daughters swim class who's body was in amazing shape, I found out she was a trainer and she has helped me find new ways to work out! I love running outside now and free weights. I've lost 25 so far. Then lost a little interest during the holidays. But now I am more motivated then ever, with this body challenge and also signing up for my first 5k just for fun. I'm doing cardio like crazy and hitting the weights hard and heavy:) looking forward to seeing everyone else's success!! When i lost my weight the first time i was skinny...that is not my intention this time i want muscle and i want to be fit !!!I have the greatest support team between my kids joining in on some workouts to my wonderful boyfriend providing me with whatever it is a need to reach my goal... I'm ready to kick some ass!
