I have always been a gym rat, but never really set any defined goals until now. I have spent the last year or so in a bad place, mentally and physically. I began having all over body pain and went to the doctor only for them to load me up with pain killers, toxic malaria medications and anti-depressants I really didn't need. Finally - getting tired of popping pills which made me feel even worse than I did to begin with, I started seeing a chiropractor who gave me many truths I needed to hear. I was overweight, and my hips were out of alignment by 18%. I have removed all of the toxic medications from my body and began focusing on losing the weight which is actually my problem to begin with. I started this journey with the chiropractor back in May of 2013 and I am just now (October) getting back to where I can start pushing myself further. I have a long road ahead, but for now I am focusing on what I CAN do today. Every time I head to the gym it gets a little easier.....Here's to the journey.
